Brooke Elizabeth Burns (born March 16 1978) is an American model, fashion host, actress and TV presenter. Burns began her television career as a supporting role of Peg from the Spanish-American teenage comedy Out of the Blue (1995-1996). Burns became part of the cast of the action drama series Baywatch in 1998. She later played in the second Baywatch episode Baywatch: Hawaii until she left the show owing to her first child. Brooke Elizabeth Burns, an American fitness model and actress as well as a tv presenter, is known by the name Jessie Owens from the drama Baywatch.
